Our Firm has such great fun with our Sugerland Texas clientele the community is built around family and children. There are over 184 languages in the Sugarland community.

When we are hired to design the interior of a home in this section of Houston, we know that the family wants warm, inviting, children friendly rooms. The interior kitchens are designed for large groups of people as the children have lots of friends and our clients entertain often. Sugarland is a premier suburb of Houston, Texas and it is one of the most desirable places to live and the home of several residences in the sports industry such as Football players, and basketball players. Recently the Sugarland, Marriott Town Square was developed and it has several boutiques and specialty shops our clients enjoy this center while they are purchasing a new home or renovating it is a great place for us to meet and discuss their new project. One very special street called Palm Royale is the street of dreams for Houstonians, in the subdivision called Sweetwater.  As you drive down the most beautiful street in the section of Sweetwater you are taking a drive thru many fantasy dream homes starting at 10,000sq ft and going up from there and at the end of this beautiful drive you will find a circle road that takes you to the entrance of the grand country club called Sweetwater Country Club. This is a private club with a golf course of 36 holes it has two courses one is the Pecan Course, which is a more traditional course, and the Cypress Course, which has continuous mounding on many of its fairways. Well if you have not figured it out yet this firm loves to play golf do you?  Our design clients have the choice of two different lifestyle designs. One is the casual motif and the other is an elegant designed interior in their formal living rooms. Yes these homes have been built for formal and informal living since the 1980’s. The trend in Texas still continues with the theme that we all saw in the show Dallas this state is informal but when it comes to parties or outdoor gatherings we still do it in grand style. Sugarland is the home to many pools, as the weather here stays great for swimming usually until November. So our clients deck out the patio and continue their living space out into their yards. Today the design of outdoor furniture is very innovative and responds well with the elements of the outdoors. Many of these homes do have outdoor kitchens and the larger homes usually have two indoor kitchens, which by name the second kitchen is called a “dirty” kitchen what a luxury for our firm to design two kitchens.
